Mike Collis, WA6SVT has been licensed since September of 1972, is employed as a Broadcast Engineer for KCBS TV in Los Angeles, built his first ATV station in 1976, built his first ATV repeater in 1979, and now he is the engineer for Amateur TV Network (ATN) a group that promotes ATV and repeaters.
