Abstract of presentaiton:
"Projects In Radio Astronomy" presents a series
of individual and group experiments in radio astronomy that are
within the technical capabilities of many radio amateurs. Each
of these projects has the potential of producing data of true
scientific value or educational public outreach merit. The projects
demonstrate new ways in which radios amateurs may provide service
while enjoying their radio expertise.
